Norman and Julia were never married. GEORGE PATRICK WATTS was born out of wedlock. We believe they met when Norman was travelling to the barracks in Deepcut through work. Norman was idendified and tracked via DNA test results from ROSALYN FERRIS who is GEORGE's daughter.
